That includes fighting for that railroad worker injured due to someone’s negligence under the Federal Employers Liability Act, or the aggrieved employee who is harassed or discriminated against because of her gender in violation of Title VII, or the police officer who suffers from PTSD as a result of his repeated exposure to traumatic incidents throughout the course of his career.
