Donate to the Mock Trial Program
We need your help. For the past 38 years, the MSBA has coordinated the High School Mock Trial Program. Mock Trial is an exciting law-related education program that introduces students to the American legal system and provides a challenging opportunity for personal growth and achievement through simulated courtroom trial competitions. Thousands of students across Minnesota have participated in Mock Trial over the years, and the experience inspired many of them to attend law school. Today you will find our former mock trial participants in law firms, courtrooms, businesses and solo practices around the state.
In order to ensure the viability of this important program for the future, the MSBA created a separate 501(c). We hope we can count on your support in order to continue this valuable experience for youth throughout Minnesota. Donating through the Amicus Society is simple and tax-deductible.

You may also send a donation to the MSBA Mock Trial Program. Please make your check payable to The Amicus Society and write Mock Trial in the memo. Your name will be placed on our website, the Mock Trial State Competition materials, and included in a thank you advertisement in the April issue of the Bench & Bar of Minnesota.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Kim Basting at (612) 278-6306. Thank you to those that have already donated this year!
