The Public Utilities Commission is involved in numerous issues affecting Minnesotans on a daily basis.  Public Utilities Commission Executive Secretary Will Seuffert and General Counsel Ryan Barlow will discuss the scope of the Commission’s jurisdiction and the role of the Commissioners, staff, regulated parties, and the public. This is a great opportunity to gain an inside view of the Commission and learn how to effectively represent clients before the Commission.
