In this CLE, we will discuss issues that we’ve seen during the
pandemic with respect to existing leases, and solutions on how landlords and
tenants can work together to address those issues. We will also discuss
how landlords and tenants are adjusting their expectations in the lease
negotiation process in light of the pandemic, and possible strategies for
getting a lease that everyone can live with.
