CLE at 9:30 a.m. (regularly scheduled start time but shortened).
All Family Law Section members are welcome and
encouraged to attend. The meeting agenda and materials will be sent closer to
the meeting date.

This presentation
will address the following discovery issues:
- What you need to know about taking or defending a
deposition;
- Use of subpoenas or authorizations to obtain
documents;
- Request for Admissions;
- Interrogatories/Request for Production of Documents;
- How to work with your expert on discovery issues.
