2:30 - 3:30 First Panel | I Take Exception to Your Discharge: Current Developments in Dischargeability Actions
Ken Edstrom and Karl Johnson will review exceptions to discharge under chapters 7 and 13 and will discuss recent cases relating to exceptions to discharge.

3:30 - 4:30 Second Panel | Debtors’ Defenses to Claw Back Claims Under Sections 547, 548, and MUVTA
Mary Sieling, Mark Halvorson, Barbara May, and Kara Casteel will review the elements and defenses for different avoidance actions that may be pursued by a trustee and will provide practical tips for defending avoidance actions.
