Rebecca Bernhard joined the Minneapolis office of Barnes & Thornburg as a partner in the firm’s L&E Department.
With over two decades of experience, Rebecca guides clients through corporate transactions, advising on L&E diligence, negotiating with unions, and assisting with post-acquisition or post-divestiture integration. Outside of her traditional L&E practice, she also advises companies with immigration and global mobility challenges, including securing temporary and permanent U.S. visas, Form I-9 compliance training and audit defense, and M&A-related counseling.
