Jeffrey Dilger and Alice Kirkland, attorneys in the Minneapolis office of Littler, have been elevated to shareholder.
Dilger represents and counsels clients in a broad range of traditional labor matters, including unfair labor practice, labor arbitration and negotiations, National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) election petitions and campaigns, among others. In addition, Dilger has been recognized by The Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America every year since 2021 and was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers. Dilger earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and his B.A. from the University of Minnesota.
Kirkland advocates for employers in traditional labor law and employment discrimination matters before state and federal courts, labor arbitrators, and government agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Minnesota Department of Labor, and the Minnesota Department of Human Rights.
