Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce that Jennifer Zwilling of the firm’s Minneapolis office has been elevated to principal, effective January 1, 2024.
Jennifer is a trial lawyer defending employers in federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and before arbitration panels on a wide range of employment issues including discrimination, harassment, retaliation (including False Claims Act and whistleblower cases), defamation, negligence and violations of non-solicitation and non-competition agreements. She has experience representing and advising small, mid-size, and large local and national corporate clients on a variety of employment-related and business issues and litigating cases in state and federal courts, domestic and international arbitration forums, and before various administrative agencies.
