Arthur, Chapman, Kettering, Smetak & Pikala, PA announced the election of Christine W. Chambers, Ken J. Kucinski, Perssis Meshka, and Shannon A. Nelson as shareholders at the firm.

Christine handles a wide variety of complex civil litigation. She counsels medical providers, employers, businesses, insurers, and other professionals, and represents them in litigated matters. Her expertise includes questions about governmental immunity and appellate practice. This breadth of experience gives her a unique perspective on helping clients solve their problems.

Ken has been litigating Workers’ Compensation cases for over ten years and focuses his practice on defending employers, insurance carriers, and third party administrators in Workers’ Compensation claims brought against them. Ken is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin and has experience defending all manners of workplace injuries, from simple strains and sprains to catastrophic injuries.

Perssis is a versatile civil defense litigation attorney who handles a broad range of civil matters. Her general liability practice includes automobile law, premises liability, social host liability, and construction related matters. Perssis also maintains an active insurance coverage practice, providing guidance to insurers on insurance policy coverage issues.

Shannon has experience in civil litigation including premises liability, motor vehicle accident, personal injury, construction defect, subrogation, as well as workers’ compensation.
