Greta Bjerkness has been named a shareholder at LeVander, Gillen & Miller, P.A. Greta is a member of the Firm’s real estate, eminent domain, and municipal practice groups. She assists both private and government clients in real estate transactions ranging from acquisitions of property to zoning matters and has extensive eminent domain experience representing governmental agencies in acquiring property for public improvement projects. She also helps the Firm’s municipal clients as they navigate ordinance drafting, contract review, and giving routine legal advice.
