Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

The Minneapolis law firm of Maslon LLP is seeking an attorney with two to five years of experience to join the firm as an associate in our Litigation Group. The Associate will practice primarily in the areas of patent litigation in district court and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office through inter partes review proceedings. The associate should also be open to or interested in other areas of business litigation and commercial disputes. Either eligibility to take the patent bar or a license to practice before the USPTO is preferred but not required. Candidates with a patent prosecution history will also be considered, if they have an interest in or preference for trial practice. Candidates must be highly motivated and mature with a minimum of two to five years of relevant law firm experience, proven superior academic performance, and excellent communication skills.
