Attorney Wanted Consumer Real Estate

Altruistic real estate litigation firm moving to NE Minneapolis seeks a full-time attorney to make a difference in consumer real estate matters. The firm’s clients are diverse, reflecting the firm’s commitment to serving historically marginalized clients in litigation matters concerning housing and foreclosure. The firm handles some transactional and traditional real estate work, but primarily advocates for homeowners' rights when facing eviction, foreclosure, partition actions, boundary line disputes, and other “hard money” lending disputes. A background in serving others, or a demonstrated commitment to a better world, are a plus. College or high school speech/debate team experience is a plus.

40 hours/week with remote working options after training period. Benefits, including 401k matching, medical, dental, and paid time off. Starting Hourly Wage: $30/hr.
