Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
The Council set the following diversity and inclusion goals at its annual planning meeting:  The Council will be purposeful in evaluating diversity as part of speaker/panel construction for CLEs.  The Council believes it has achieved this goal based on the panel participants in the CLEs listed above.

In 2019-2020, the Council had personally reached out to members in greater Minnesota which resulted in the additional of a council member from Duluth in this year.  These efforts continue and the Council now has two members from outside of the Twin Cities.

Other Section Accomplishments
The Council successfully modified its approach to CLEs and events to meet the restrictions due to the pandemic, continuing with a greater number of events for members with higher participation.
