This event was an intentional space for individuals to network; find support, resources, and opportunities; and share their achievements as attorneys with diverse backgrounds.

  • Co-hosted a CLE with the MSBA Access to Justice Committee on current issues and needs related to pro bono and legal aid in Minnesota.
  • Introduced travel stipends to facilitate the participation of attorneys from greater Minnesota in attending in-person events held in the Twin Cities.

Other Section Accomplishments

  • Hosted a record number of 13 events throughout the bar year.
  • Identified the growing need for a focus on well-being in the profession and hosted several events dedicated to this topic.
  • Hosted events in collaboration with the New Lawyers Sections of the Hennepin and Ramsey County Bar Associations as well as engaged with the profession on a national level by sending members of the Section to American Bar Association meetings and conferences.
