Family law practitioners are frequently faced with how to justify or defend against awards of attorney’s fees. This Webinar will explore the substantive bases for award of fees in family court proceeding. Special emphasis will be placed on need-based fees, conduct-based fees, and fees awarded pursuant to the court’s inherent authority.
