When the Minnesota legislature banned most new non-competes effective 7/1/23, it was big news for companies, employees, and legal counsel.  Join this dynamic panel of experienced restrictive covenant counsel for a discussion on the real-world impact of the non-compete ban, how it has changed or not changed the litigation landscape, how companies and employees have responded to the new law, and the growing importance of non-solicitation, confidentiality, and return-of-property obligations.
