Trust and Estate Litigation and Dispute Resolution Committee’s annual CLE
entitled: “Approach the Bench: Judges’ Tips for Trust & Estate Litigators”.
This CLE will provide an opportunity to hear from representatives
of the bench regarding what is helpful—and not so helpful—when you
have matters before the court.
