Leading health law and compliance attorneys discuss the fundamentals of the federal fraud and abuse regulations, emerging trends, and recent case law, as well as best practices to maintain compliance and reduce risk.

9:30-10:15 am: Strategy #2: Recognize how emerging regulatory guidance and trends, as well as recent case law will influence health care organizations | Speakers: Gabriel Imperato and Edgar Bueno

10:30-11:30 am: Strategy #3: Roundtable discussion - Learn from experts in the field of health law about best practices to maintain compliance and reduce risk | Speakers: Ross D’Emanuele, Gabriel Imperato, Elizabeth Smith, and Seth Whitelaw
