Dazed and confused about how cannabis is treated under
DATWA? Wondering if employers can weed out cannabis-using job applicants and
employees? This CLE will discuss employers' obligations
and employees' rights under DATWA, the Lawful Consumable Products
Act, the THC Therapeutic Research Act, the Minnesota Human Rights Act, and
more.
