Hybrid Event - Choose Participation Type at Registration
Law is a profession filled with adversity, exposure to
trauma, and uncertainty. Law is also a profession where we are trusted to offer
solutions and strategies to help clients and parties navigate difficult
circumstances. Our exposure puts us at higher-than-average risk for mental
health, including substance use issues. This program reviews the research about
our profession, explores proven elements of resilience from the US Army and
others, and offers examples and methods for incorporating them into our work.
Legal professionals can use these skills to bounce back from adversity and
uncertainty in their lives, while reducing risk and enhancing well-being.
