Pending Elimination of Bias CLE credit!

Live Webinar Description:

Events over the past two and a half years continue to highlight deep rooted and continuing disparities existing throughout healthcare.  The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), through new and updated policies and payment rules, is diligently working towards improving care for individuals and communities to ensure everyone has the ability to reach their optimal health.  At the same time, the Joint Commission has rolled out new and revised standards for ambulatory health, behavioral health, critical access hospital, and hospital accreditation programs that similarly intend to hold health care providers to increased accountability for ensuring health equity.

Join us for an important presentation with both CMS and the Joint Commission who will speak to the new expectations of their organization and help prepare attorneys with the important information needed to help clients develop and improve their own programs to comply – not just with the letter of the rules, but with their spirit as well.
