The new Minnesota Rule 114 is here and will go in effect on January 1, 2023. Join speakers - ADR Ethics Board members - Kristi Paulson of PowerHouse Mediation and Hennepin County Referee Richard Stebbins for an overview of the long-awaited changes and amendments to Minnesota Rule 114.
