The practice of law has changed dramatically in the past two years as the profession has transitioned from in person work to remote and now, in many legal organizations, to a hybrid work model that ideally blends the best of both worlds. Although our work may now be more flexible, we are also presented with challenges in establishing boundaries between work and home and finding balance in our personal and professional lives. As the legal profession moves forward, what best practices around boundaries and balance have we learned from our remote and hybrid working arrangements? How can we incorporate those into this next chapter of our careers and workplaces? Hear from a panel of featured practitioners who will outline their COVID-19 work experiences, challenges in establishing boundaries, and best practices that helped them find success and achieve balance in their law practices or professional work.
