Webinar Description:
During
this special session with Social Security Administration (SSA) and the Minnesota
State Bar Association, SSA’s Regional Communications Director Doug Nguyen and
OHO Deputy Regional Chief ALJ Brian Saame are joined by Minnesota’s Public
Affairs Specialist Brian Rudolph and Rhonda Whitenack to provide updates on
Social Security’s field office reopening, reinstatement of in-person hearings,
operational status, and other agency highlights.
In continuing to
build an effective relationship with our local attorneys and non-attorney
representatives serving disabled individuals, SSA will share best practices and
tips for the disability application process from initial claims to
appeals. A Q&A session will allow attorneys and non-attorney
representatives to share issues and concerns.
