Description:
Natural
Resources Defense Council Staff Attorney Lucas Rhoads will discuss the
Endangered Species Act with an emphasis on habitat protections, regulatory
changes under the Trump and Biden administrations, and a recent lawsuit seeking
to protect the habitat of the Minnesota’s “State Bee” – the endangered rusty
patched bumble
bee.
