Public Law Donation Match
As public lawyers, many of us have limited opportunities for pro bono legal work, but we do have opportunities to enrich the communities we serve. Historically, the Public Law Section has done charity drives at our Annual Meeting. Since we cannot do an in-person charity drive this year we selected a few organizations for our Section to match donations. We will match up to $250 of total donations for each organization. The organizations and how to participate in the donation match are below:

Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services
Donate online at: https://www.smrls.org/donate . After selecting your donation amount, fill in the text box “Memo Related to Donation” and enter "Minnesota State Bar Association’s Public Law Section" to have your donation included in the match.

Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid - Willmar Office Video Overviewing their Work  Video on Newest Projects
Donate online at: LegalAid (mobilecause.com). In the designated drop down menu choose “Willmar Office.” Then in the “Comment” Section, enter “PLS.”
