Webinar Program
Description:
In this session, speakers Hermer and
Johansen will provide an overview of changes and challenges, both pending and
expected, to the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and the likely impact of some of
these issues on the state level, specifically in Minnesota. Topics include
pending litigation, proposed expansions, and expected administrative
actions.
