In the spirit of providing useful information to our tax professional partners, a 90 minute CLE program is planned for Thursday, March 11 from 3:00 – 4:30 p.m.

This virtual session will include an introduction and overview of this legislative session, as well as breakout groups for income tax, special taxes, sales tax, and property taxes that will allow participants to have deeper discussion on specific topics related to governor’s tax bill and the department’s policy and technical bill.
Included below are links to the governor’s tax bill and the department’s policy and technical bill, take a moment to review both the of these bills. If you have questions or would like additional information regarding provisions in these bills, please send your questions or request for additional information to Kayla Erbach at KErbach@mnbars.org by Friday, March 5. This will enable the department to provide you with the answers to your questions and the information you need regarding the provisions proposed in the bills.
