Dan Scott will summarize Federal and State criminal law and procedure issues
in preparation for the 2021 criminal law specialist certification
examination. Minnesota State Rules of Criminal Procedure and Federal Rules
of Criminal Procedure, ethical rules that directly impact criminal law,
constitutional requirements for effective assistance of counsel,
Sentencing Guidelines, and case law impacting criminal trials will be
discussed.
