A New Day for Immigration

Event Description

Co-sponsored by the MSBA Immigration Law Section

On its first day, the Biden administration issued a flurry of executive orders rescinding numerous Trump-era policies and announced a legislative proposal to create a pathway to citizenship for millions of undocumented Americans.  During this session, Veena Iyer, the Executive Director of the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota, will discuss what’s changed and what we anticipate changing in immigration law and policy.
