Immigration Law Section
On its first day, the Biden administration
issued a flurry of executive orders rescinding numerous Trump-era policies and
announced a legislative proposal to create a pathway to citizenship for millions
of undocumented Americans. During this session, Veena Iyer, the Executive

and what we anticipate changing in immigration law and policy.
