A panel of practitioners and a trial court
judge will discuss their experiences with the use of remote technology in all
aspects of litigation: depositions, mediation and court
hearings. Judge Miller will also describe her involvement in a pilot
project for remote civil jury trials. You won’t want to miss this
one!
