On December 27, President Trump signed
the Economic Aid Act. This Act modified the PPP (Paycheck Protection Program)
program, as well as making significant and important changes to many other
relief initiatives, including the EIDL (Economic Injury Disaster Loan) and the
availability of the ERTC (Employee Retention Tax Credit). For small firms,
or solo practitioners, these changes, coupled with new guidance on how the SBA
will be dealing with PPP forgiveness going forward, can be a lifeline for both
you and your client. Join Dady & Gardner’s Ron Gardner for a program
that will dive into the specifics of these changes to help you determine if you
(or any of your clients) are eligible for any of this new economic aid.
Ron will also take questions to help as you navigate these
programs.
