In several cases over the last year, the Minnesota Supreme Court and Court of Appeals reinforced and expanded protections for Minnesota employees. These opinions touch on the frequently litigated areas of sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, whistleblower protections, and the regulation of wages and hours. This presentation will provide an update on these developments and discuss their implications for future litigation.
