the most valuable tools for protecting freedom of expression and innovation on
the Internet." Recently, President Trump signed an executive order calling for
regulators to review whether it should be abololished. Joe Biden said the law
should be revoked, immediately. What's going on?

leading expert in the field of Internet law, Professor Eric
Goldman, about what the law is, where it came from and whether it
serves the current moment and our use of an 'open Internet.'

is professor at Santa Clara University School of Law. He also co-directs the
law school's High Tech Law Institute and co-supervises
the law school's Privacy Law Certificate. Goldman is also author at the Technology
and Marketing Law Blog.
