Due to the recent high demand of this presentation on May 12, the ADR Section will be hosting a LIVE REPEAT SESSION again.

Note: All bar association programming is currently REMOTE-ONLY participation. There will be NO in-person attendance.  Thank you.

Now that we have all moved to physical distancing… and we don’t know when it might end, many of us are moving our ADR practice online. In this session, we will explore the ethical considerations practitioners should keep in mind whatever platform you use.
