The Litigation and Dispute Resolution Committee of the MSBA Probate and Trust Law
Section invites you to a virtual happy hour roundtable discussion on the
following topics:
• Discussion of status in various
counties;
• Discuss whether remote hearings may have a long-term
role in our practices, including video depositions for example;
• Any
follow up from the seminars this year, i.e. attorney fees seminar and the
seminar on releasing the attorney's file in litigation;
• Any other
topics on people's minds.
