REMOTE ONLY - Case Discussion Roundtable and the Current Situation with Coronavirus

Event Description

Due to COVID-19, this program has changed to REMOTE-ONLY participation via webcast. There will be NO in-person attendance.  Thank you.

For the bar associations' statement on COVID-19, click here.

The roundtable discussion is from 12:00-1:00 pm.

Do you have a case that you initially thought would be denied but you won because of a creative argument or unusual evidence?  Do you have a case that was denied and would like ideas on handling such cases in the future? Are you waiting to go to hearing on a complex case and would like to strategize on how to approach evidence gathering and research?

Join the Social Security Disability Law Section for a brown bag lunch session to discuss various practice-related topics.  These roundtable brown bag discussions are an informal forum for you to discuss and ask questions of other practitioners.
