In this presentation, intellectual property attorneys Alex
Farrell and Alex Mueller will discuss what "trolling" means, common tactics
employed by trolls and what to do if your client becomes the target of a
copyright or trademark troll. Also included is discussion of tools available to
fight back, the costs and benefits of each, insights from past encounters and
the costs of ignoring trolls.
