State Privacy Law Developments, including the California Consumer Privacy Act

Deadline to Register: January 20, 2020 

This presentation will provide a brief overview of state privacy law developments, including the California Consumer Privacy Act and Nevada’s amended privacy law and their impact on privacy policies and consumer rights. This presentation also will cover state privacy law developments and their impact on vendor agreements. Finally, this presentation will compare the foregoing state privacy law developments with Minnesota privacy law.

*Lunch will be included. Lunch, registration, and networking will begin at 11:45 am. The program will begin at 12:00pm and goes until 1:00 pm.
