November's CLE Program.
Registration and check-in begins after 11:45 am. Lunch is provided!
Although SSA is
increasingly focusing on objective evidence, SSA rules and SSR 16-3p require
that subjective symptoms be considered in determining disability. What is
a "symptom"? How is it different from objective evidence? How do ALJs evaluate
your client's symptoms? What can you do to make your client more credible? How
can you use symptom evidence to help prove your case? What are some arguments
you can make to an ALJ or on appeal regarding symptom evidence? How do the
courts review an ALJ's evaluation of a claimant's symptoms? In this session, we
look at these issues and more.
