Description:
Through 27 years of practicing law, David Kempston has
learned that providing excellent service means focusing on the client
relationship. Kempston will share his vision of how to do the ordinary tasks
better and by doing so, the client becomes the focus—resulting in improved
representation. His approach recognizes that lawyers differ and possess varying
inherent customer service skillsets. Regardless of the starting point, however,
lawyers can improve their craft if they are willing to learn how to apply
principles of great customer service.
Registration will begin at 3:30
pm, the CLE program will run from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Following the CLE join
us for the RCBA Happy Hour Hosted by the New Lawyers, at Rival House, 411
Minnesota Street, St. Paul.

The First National Bank Building Conference Center Training Room is on the
street level, just inside the building entrance at the corner of Fifth and
Minnesota Streets in downtown St. Paul. The building address is 332 Minnesota
Street.
