What is "Tech Practice"?

Tech Practice is an exciting series at the HCBA. Over the course of the bar year, you'll have the opportunity to participate in three unique types of experiences:

Talks- Classroom-style discussions that will help you learn how to design (or re-design) your practice to be more efficient, make clients happy and enjoy your work more. Our knowledgeable facilitators can help every attorney modernize their law practice without huge expense or tech knowledge.

Projects - Remote, drop-in style over Zoom. Work on a new tech project you've been putting off. Use the cloud, try content marketing, re-think your website, automate things. We provide a knowledgeable attorney facilitator. You bring questions, ideas and a willingness to try stuff.  Learn from the facilitator and each other.

Briefs - Quick 5-20 minute recordings/webcasts will provide you with easy-to-follow directions for tech tools that will help you to innovate and improve your practice, keep you in the loop on technology trends that can allow you to work more efficiently, and recap ideas discussed in our longer "Talk" sessions.
