Deadline to Register: April 7, 2019
Registration begins after 8:15 am.
Light refreshments of coffee/tea and pastries will be provided.
A panel of Administrative Law Judges (ALJs)
will speak and answer your questions, focusing on making the contested case
process effective and efficient. What you need to remember as you prepare
for a contested case – from reading orders to submitting records. What do the
ALJs think about when they first see cases? What do they look
for?
If you have a question you’ve always wanted
to ask, you can do so with your registration for this interactive,
information-packed CLE. Questions can be submitted an advance to Geen Mui at gmui@mnbars.org so the questions can then be
forwarded to the ALJs. Thank you and we hope to see you there!
