Crop Insurance - What You Need to Know

Event Description

 

We will explore the background of the Federal Crop Insurance Program, the insurance policies, and the procedures insurers and farmers are expected to follow. We will also discuss the litigation of disputes under the policies, including what claims can be brought in state court, what claims must be arbitrated, and when the administrative agency can, or must, be involved.

Lunch will be provided. Registration deadline is January 28.
