Mark Becker is a partner with Fabyanske, Westra, Hart & Thomson,
PA. In his construction law practice, Mark represents general contractors,
specialty subcontractors, developers, owners, sureties, and design professionals
on complex construction transactions and disputes. Mark is the immediate
past chair of the Construction Section of the Minnesota State Bar
Association. Mark has been designated in the Best Lawyers in America for
Construction Law and is ranked in Chambers USA in construction law.
Michael
Rowley | Partner | Goetz & Eckland
Michael Rowley is a partner with the Goetz & Eckland firm in northeast
Minneapolis. Michael primarily practices in commercial and residential
construction. He represents all types of parties, including cities,
private owners, design professionals, contractors, and their insurance
companies. His practice includes all aspects of construction, from
contract review and drafting, to construction defects, to mechanics lien and
bond claims, contractual indemnity and insurance coverage. Michael advises
school districts on all manner of issues, including responsible contractor
challenges, joint powers agreements, and technology contracts.
