Broadband connects rural Minnesotans to education, health
care and economic opportunity. Significant investments have been made in recent
years to bridge the digital divide have proven successful. We will discuss the
Border-to-Border Broadband Grant Program and recent federal investments made
through the Connect America Fund reverse auction.
