Training Provided to Summer Associates
We will have the Summer Associate learn our practice from the ground up. They will help with the organization and set up of files, learn about medical records and how they help in the defense of the case. They will be informed in the Discovery Process. They may perform some legal research. They will also have the opportunity to shadow attorneys as they attend depositions, conferences, and Hearings.

Summer Associate/Clerkship Description
Our summer associate will assist the paralegals on file organization, set up of new files, organize medical records, summarize depositions, complete discovery responses, legal research, and shadowing attorneys on appearances. The Summer Associate will be assigned to 4-6 attorneys to start, those attorneys and their paralegals will be the primary source for work and shadowing.
Successful Candidate Qualities
The Summer Associate should be interested in litigation practice, be detail orientated, willing to learn from the ground up and be personable.
Summer Clerkship Salary and Benefits
We are offering a base rate of $25.00 per hour and no benefits.
