My fees are commensurate with an attorney of my background and experience in the Twin Cities’ suburban legal market. Where possible, portions of the legal work are referred to associate attorneys and assistants to provide cost effective legal services.
My practice is a general legal practice concentrating in the areas of real estate, business and corporate matters, and estate planning and trust work. The real estate portion of my practice includes commercial and residential real estate transactions, 1031 exchange transactions, real estate development, commercial leasing, construction issues, mechanic liens, easements, title and boundary issues, and other real estate related matters. The business and corporate portion of my practice includes organizations, buy/sell agreements, transactions, governance matters and corporate agreements, succession planning, collection matters, and other business/corporate matters. In the estate planning and trust practice area, my work includes wills, revocable trusts, insurance trusts, lake cabin agreements, gifting and estate tax planning, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other estate planning and trust matters.
In my practice I seek to provide excellent legal consultation and advice and professional quality documentation with the primary objective of understanding and solving my clients’ needs on a timely and value-added basis.
