Hear from the EEOC and seasoned practitioners on the latest issues regarding COVID including: vaccine mandates (for covid and possibly others in the future), medical and religious accommodations, incentives, safety implications, updated EEOC Guidance, and what if any litigation the EEOC and practitioners are seeing or pursuing.
